The Diaries

These pdf files are very large.  (Average size 95 MByt.)   Access is available on request.  Please use the edited and typed versions (entitled "The Voyage into Night") and browse the diary illustrations to obtain an impression of the material.  The edited version comprises 40 - 45% of the entire material.  It is acknowledged that for detailed study the omitted portions could be significant - for example dreams are omitted and many dreams use motifs identifiable from details of earlier life episodes.  It is known that about six diaries that survived Andrew's death were mislaid by person or persons to whom they were entrusted.
